1. About RNN Naturals

RNN Naturals is an India-based manufacturer and seller of dry fruits and food products, including nuts, seeds, dried fruits, mixed dry fruits, and gift packs. All products are manufactured, quality-checked, and packed under controlled conditions before dispatch.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or

  • You are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

You also agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while placing orders.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, weights, and pricing

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging may vary

  • Minor variations may occur due to natural characteristics of food products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • We accept multiple payment methods including:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Other supported online payment options

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders require mandatory order verification via call or message

  • Orders will be shipped only after successful verification

  • Failure to complete verification may lead to automatic cancellation

6. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Online paid orders are shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays and Government holidays)

  • COD orders are shipped only after verification

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Online paid orders: 3–5 working days

    • COD orders: 5–7 working days

Shipping is handled via Shiprocket and partner logistics providers such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon Logistics, Shadowfax, etc.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Online Paid Orders:
    Cancellation or item change must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order

  • COD Orders:
    Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order or during the verification call

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We offer No Returns and No Exchanges by default

  • Return or exchange is allowed only if:

    • Wrong item is delivered, or

    • Product is delivered in damaged condition

Unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

  • Approved refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment source

  • Refund timeline: 7 to 15 business days after product inspection at our warehouse

9. Customer Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate delivery and contact details

  • Not to misuse COD service or refuse orders without valid reason

  • Not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

We reserve the right to block users or cancel orders in case of misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of RNN Naturals and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

RNN Naturals shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors

  • Allergic reactions due to ingredients if not disclosed by the customer

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Customers are advised to check product details and ingredients before consumption.

12. Policy Updates & Final Authority

  • Our policies may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice

  • The decision of RNN Naturals will be final in matters related to orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This website operates from India

  • All transactions and disputes are governed by Indian laws

  • Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
