At RN Naturals (rnnaturals.in), we take great care in ensuring that all our products meet strict quality standards. As a manufacturer, every product is quality-checked and packed by trained workers before dispatch. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a limited return and exchange policy to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality.

No Returns & No Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products once delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.

This policy is in place because:

  • All products undergo quality checks before dispatch

  • Food items cannot be resold once opened or mishandled

  • We prioritize hygiene and customer safety

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product delivered in a damaged condition

No other reasons (taste preference, personal choice, delayed delivery, etc.) will be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any return or exchange request:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must show:

    • The unopened package

    • Shipping label clearly visible

    • Complete unboxing without cuts or edits

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted

This is mandatory to prevent misuse and ensure fair resolution.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging

  2. Once received at our warehouse, the product will be inspected for damage or defects

  3. Only after inspection will the return be processed

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refund will be credited to the original source of payment

  • Refund processing time:
    🕒 7 to 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse

Please note:

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • No refunds are issued for COD orders in cash; refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank/UPI details shared by the customer

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product delivered in damaged condition

Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Exchange will be initiated only after approval

  • Replacement product will be shipped after verification

Cancellation Policy

  • Online Paid Orders:
    Cancellation or item change requests must be informed within 3 hours of placing the order

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of order placement or during the verification call

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
