At RN Naturals (rnnaturals.in), we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dry fruits to your doorstep in a timely and reliable manner. As a manufacturer, we handle our packaging and dispatch with utmost care to ensure product safety and freshness during transit.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

  • Online paid orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement
    (Except Sundays and Government holidays).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched only after successful order verification via call or message.

Failure to complete verification may result in automatic cancellation of the COD order.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Online Paid Orders:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    🕒 5 to 7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen logistical factors.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be available in rare cases.

Important Shipping Guidelines

  • Customers are advised to ensure correct and complete address details at the time of order placement.

  • RNN Naturals will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered

In the rare event of receiving a damaged product or wrong item:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a request

  • Requests without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted

  • Please contact us immediately after delivery for assistance
